 Drywall (70mm) and composite door frame   , filled with plastic bottles contianing bubble wrap insulation

 Close up of other side . 75mm screws used to join corners




Insulation Infill of re-used, water bottle, 1L milk cartons, juice cartons & coke  / beer cans  .

Common containers all fit within the 70mm c stud drywall frame. voids can be filled with bubble wrap or expanding foam

Drywall frame (no core ) Noggins used on corners & middle of frame to be screwed into to join frame, and for extra strength
