Prototype For Adjustable Height Footing Base Plate & Leg for Small & Light OutBuilding / Shelter Mk 3 & Mk 4. (untested)


  Following on from my previous "Prototype For Adjustable Height Footing Base Plate & Leg for Small & Light OutBuilding / Shelter Mk 1 & Mk 2. (untested) "

Mk. 3 with screwed bass plate. Base plate painted white,  screwed with galv. self tapping screws & sealed underneath with  Lumberjack - EverBuild  Pu Glue (5m-45m)

 Underside view with slats to water drainage or to allow a bit of sinkage


Variation / improvement on Mk 1  (Mk 1A)

Wider base, connecting strip around edge, Back side is not trimmed to make it even as it is hidden under shelter & this saves time / energy

 Mk.4 It can be filled with soil or water filled bottles for weight.

If required, all footings can be drilled & have several 50-100cm rebar inserted at 30-45 degree angle for extra grip on soil
