Outside In is a formal group setup in 2016 to combat the issues of
homelessness and complex needs in the Cheshire West and Chester area.
The
group brings together thinking, information and challenge from over a
dozen VCFS groups, Cheshire West and Chester Local Authority, Health
professionals, Local Police representatives and the Chester City Bid
group, which represents large companies in the city center.
The group meets monthly and consults on local authority strategy, policy
and delivery of relevant services. It signposts clients to relevant
commissioned and voluntary services across the CWaC area and aims to
fill any gaps in the provision of those services.
